Return Policies
Shipping

• Please allow 7-10 business days for items to ship. If you'd like items to ship sooner, request in comments section of your shopping cart.
• Shipping to and from Neero & Ana is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location.

Neero & Ana is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs,  you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store or email at: satinslumber@neero-ana.com to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

• Shipping is non-refundable*
• For opened packages, a Restocking Fee of 20% applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear)
• For unopened packages being returned, an 15% restocking fee applies.
• There are no restocking fees for exchanged merchandise, however, shipping fees do apply
• If merchandise has been returned with wear or visible signs of use or handling a refund of 50% will apply
• Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price of $19.99.

Refunds

• Please allow 10-14 business days for refunds to be processed back to your credit card

*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.
